Delivery Access
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the furniture ordered can reasonably fit through access points such as doors, hallways, stairways, lifts, and other areas leading to the intended room.
Before placing an order, please check the dimensions of the product and the available access route.
We cannot be held responsible for delivery difficulties caused by inadequate access where the customer has not provided accurate or sufficient information.
Delivery
We aim to deliver orders within the estimated delivery timeframe provided at the time of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, location, availability, and other circumstances.
Where there are delays outside our reasonable control, we will communicate with you where appropriate.
4. CANCELLATION & COOLING-OFF PERIOD
In accordance with applicable UK consumer law, consumers purchasing goods online generally have a 14-day statutory cancellation period beginning from the day after the goods are received, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
After notifying us of your cancellation, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
